My name is Glenys Alexander I am a Teddy Bear Artist living in Victoria, Australia, and my passion is making handmade collectible bears and dogs.

I began making Teddy Bears in the mid- nineties and love creating snapshots in time with memories of a charming era.....when children wore smocked and embroidered clothing....handmade garments with love in every stitch.

With my dressed bears I hope to bring a smile and a remembrance of more innocent times.

Each piece is designed, from thought to completion, with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Using only the finest materials, including Schulte ratinee and kid mohair, Hembold kid mohair and German glass eyes
